These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the access and use of the Application Tracking System (ATS) developed by Conexão ÖU ("Company"). By accessing or using the ATS, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not access or use the ATS.

1. Use of the ATS

1.1 Access and License: Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the ATS for its intended purpose, solely for your internal use.

1.2 User Accounts: In order to use the ATS, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are liable for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.

1.3 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the ATS for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to:

(a) Uploading or transmitting any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable; (b) Violating any applicable laws or regulations; (c) Accessing or attempting to access unauthorized areas of the ATS or any other user's account; (d) Engaging in any activity that could disrupt or interfere with the ATS or its servers; (e) Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of the ATS or any related software.

2. Data Privacy and Security

2.1 Data Collection: The ATS may collect and store certain personal information and data related to job applicants and users. The collection and use of such data will be governed by the Company's Privacy Policy.

2.2 Data Security: The Company will implement reasonable measures to protect the security and confidentiality of the data stored in the ATS. However, no system can guarantee absolute security, and the Company does not warrant or guarantee that the ATS will be completely free from unauthorized access or breaches.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership: The Company retains all right, title, and interest, including all intellectual property rights, in and to the ATS and any related materials, software, and documentation.

3.2 Feedback: You may provide feedback or suggestions regarding the ATS to the Company. You grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable right to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into the ATS without any obligation to compensate you.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 Disclaimer: The ATS is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The use of the ATS is at your own risk.

4.2 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the ATS, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Termination

5.1 Termination by the Company: The Company may terminate this Agreement or suspend your access to the ATS at any time, without prior notice, for any reason or no reason at its sole discretion.

5.2 Termination by User: You may terminate this Agreement by discontinuing the use of the ATS and deleting your user account.

6. General Provisions

6.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden.
